I stopped in quickly because I saw they had good gluten free options online, and it made my whole day. The staff were so lovely, coffee was delicious, and I should've ordered 10 of those muffins. Couldn't rate this higher
I tried this place recently and got a butternut squash roll and a chocolate flapjack for take away. I really liked both things. The cafe is really cute and the staff is super friendly. I will definitely go again to try other things.
First time visit on Saturday morning (8/2/25). Three of us. One had a salad bowl, one bacon, brie and cranberry toasted ciabatta and one toasted goats cheese and tomato ciabatta. With three coffees and one herbal tea. Followed by a slice of chocolate and coffee cake and a blueberry slice. Food given 9/10, 10/10 and 10/10 respectively. Very good, friendly and attentive service. Cakes being made and as you watch. Very popular. Its light bites (but filling enough) and excellent variety of home made cakes. Good quality and good value. Came to less than 43 for the lot if my memory serves me, I will definitely be putting it on my list of eateries in the city. Cant fault it.
Picked up a Too Good to Go box from here on a whim and it was amazing!! Can't wait to go back and try the coffee. The blueberry muffin was 12/10 and the best muffin I've had in Norwich! I had the almond croissants the next day and the filling inside them is devine. Absolute gem of a find, can't wait to go back!
Lovely staff, a nice comfortable place to sit and eat, and delicious cakes. I had a raspberry and whitechocalte muffin and it was sooooo good. Very moist and light and the frosting on top was rich and creamy - better than a lot of cakes (and it was gluten free which i didnt even know). Definitely would say to come here.
My husband and myself have visited many times having both breakfasts and lunches. As I am gluten intolerant it is lovely to find a cafe that understands and gives gluten free options for the whole menu. The ladies there are so friendly and of course the food is top quality. We have never been disappointed with the breakfasts, lunches or just coffee & cake I recently had a gluten free chocolate birthday cake from there (ordered for collection) which was so good. My grandsons enjoyed it which is a real compliment from teenagers. Recommend this cafe 100%
What a joyful discovery in Norwich. Super healthy tasty food in a lovely cosy space, plenty of light from outside. Quiet. Super friendly helpful staff which is always lovely to find too. And the food? Delicious meals to best followed up with a sweet treat, and there are SO many to choose from!! Right in the centre of the town this is a must for those with health taste buds
My new favourite cafe in Norwich Ever since I discovered Cherry Leaf, I can't get enough of it! I have coeliac disease, and their gluten free options are AMAZING - the best I have ever EVER seen in a cafe! Gluten free wraps, toasties, sandwiches and SO many cake options. Today, I think there were about 9 or 10 different options - from cupcakes to thick slices of cake to brownies to flapjacks etc. etc. I can highly recommend the chai lattes and hot chocolates - my favourite is a gingerbread flavoured one with almond milk. They have lots of dairy free milk choices, and most of the cakes are dairy free too. I had the most incredible blueberry muffin here a few weeks ago, and today I had a blueberry and lime slice of cake. It was so moist and tasty - my friend could not tell the difference to non-gluten free cake. I can't wait to try their other bakes. I also had the hummus, roast pepper, and tomato toasted wrap which was so yummy. It comes with crisps and salad too. The cafe itself has a wonderful atmosphere - very cosy and friendly, and the staff are very warm and smiley. I love the decor and it is spacious inside. There are sofas and cosy corners to sit and chat with friends. Thank you Cherry Leaf for making such delicious gluten free food - it makes me so happy to have more than one option. You guys are the best Update: Can highly recommend their Gluten Free toasted 'focaccia' with goats cheese, walnut, and onion Marmelade, their vegan flapjack, and their gluten free chai cake with cream cheese. INCREDIBLE Update 2: their smoothies are delicious and filling, I recommend mixed berries, banana, and peanut butter sadly, their gluten free raspberry streusel cake was wayyy too sweet for my personal taste, but I love the creativity
